Discussion

High pressure builds into the Mid-Atlantic region today and temperatures will respond nicely by jumping into the 80's. A frontal system will approach the area later tomorrow and it should spark a few showers and thunderstorms later in the day or early tomorrow night. This front will stall nearby at mid-week and then lift northward late in the week keeping the weather somewhat unsettled into the weekend.
