Discussion
A cool front will stall out just to the south of here over the next 24 hours or so and this will set the stage for low pressure to ride along the frontal boundary zone into the Mid-Atlantic region at the end of the week. Some rainfall is likely around here during Thursday night and Friday from this low pressure system, but the best chance for the steadiest rain will occur south and east of the District. Low pressure pulls away from the coastline early Saturday paving the way for a decent weekend in the Mid-Atlantic region with comfortable temperatures and humidity levels.
