Discussion
For the first time this season, temperatures will flirt with the freezing mark late tonight across many suburban locations and patchy frost is quite likely. The lowest temperatures will be reached near morning, but the frost could form as early as midnight in outlying areas. High temperatures both today and Wednesday will hold at well below normal levels in the low-to-mid 50's (normal high at PHL is now 64 degrees). Low pressure will slide to our north on Thursday bringing some rain to the local region, but it could be just cold enough at the onset for some snow in places like northeastern Pennsylvania, northwestern New Jersey and especially interior New York State.
