Discussion
Windy and much cooler weather will close out the work week following the passage of a cold frontal system late Thursday. High pressure will build eastward into the eastern US this weekend and it will help to keep us dry, breezy and cool for the early part of November. The next frontal system of note to impact the local region will likely hold off until at least the middle of next week. Looking ahead, signs continue to point to a temperature pattern flip to colder in the Mid-Atlantic region by the middle of the month.
