Low pressure will gradually pass through the Mid-Atlantic region over the next 24 hours or so bringing with it the chance of showers to the local area. Large high pressure to our north should clear things out for the latter part of the work week. Another low pressure system is likely to bring more rain to the Mid-Atlantic region this weekend.
