Discussion
Skies finally cleared on Sunday to allow for sunshine in the Mid-Atlantic region that had been missing for several days and today will feature plenty of sunshine along with very comfortable temperatures. Today’s clear skies, however, will not last too long as a warm frontal system will cause an increase of clouds by Tuesday and there is the threat for showers. High pressure to our north will expand southward at mid-week and produce a couple of decent days around here. A cold front is likely to generate showers and thunderstorms at the end of the work week.
