Discussion
It’ll stay hot and humid today as a cold front approaches from the northwest trailing a low pressure system that will pass by well to our north. As a result, the threat for showers and thunderstorms will continue this afternoon and evening and some of storms that form can be strong and some of the rain can be heavy at times. It’ll turn slightly cooler for the second half of the week following the cold frontal passage with more reasonable temperatures and humidity levels.
