Discussion
A slow-moving cold front is still working its way through the I-95 corridor and tropical moisture will enhance rainfall amounts resulting in downpours that can create flash flooding problems in some areas. A second cold front will slide through the area on Tuesday likely without any precipitation and it will be followed by building high pressure for the mid-week before shifting off the coast late in the week. Temperatures will hold near normal during the mid-week, but then reach slightly warmer-than-normal levels later in the week after the high pressure shifts off the coast.
