Discussion
The coolest air mass of the season so far is now fully entrenched in the Mid-Atlantic region and the day will start off on a very chilly note in the NYC metro region. Strong high pressure has expanded into the Mid-Atlantic region from the Midwest and it will stay in control of our weather right through the upcoming weekend.
