Discussion

An unusual cool air mass for this time of year penetrated into central Florida during the past few days and another is headed our way. Temperatures will make a rebound to near 80 degrees by tomorrow afternoon, but another cold front will push through the region and cause a downturn in temperatures for Sunday and Monday. The threat for showers and thunderstorms will increase tomorrow ahead of the next frontal system in combination with added moisture from a tropical system headed north from the Caribbean Sea.
