Discussion
High pressure will build into the region over the next 24 hours, but the wind remains a factor today and it’ll stay cold as well. A “clipper” low pressure system drops southeastward across the Great Lakes later tomorrow and then intensifies off the Mid-Atlantic coastline on Saturday. This system is likely to be able to generate some frozen precipitation in the region from tomorrow night into late Saturday.
