Discussion
Low pressure is now weakening and pulling away from the Mid-Atlantic coastline and it’ll begin to turn noticeably milder this afternoon in the DC-to-Philly-to-NYC corridor although skies may stay mostly cloudy. After a milder day on Thursday, it'll turn quite warm around here for Friday and Saturday with highs near 80 degrees on both days. A weakening frontal system could spark a few scattered showers and thunderstorms tomorrow night and early Friday and both weekend days could feature a shower or thunderstorm.
