Discussion
A strong low pressure system to our northwest will slide a cold front through the region today and this will continue the chance for showers and thunderstorms to go along with the noticeable cooling trend. In fact, low temperatures over the next couple of nights are likely to drop into the 40’s in many spots and the threat for showers will continue through Friday. The good news is that it should clear for the weekend and pretty decent weather can be expected.
