Discussion
The week begins with possible record-breaking heat and the summer-like weather will continue on Tuesday as well. A back door cold front will drop through New England on Tuesday and it should slide south of here by Wednesday bringing relief to the region for the second half of the week. That same front is likely to be close enough late in the week to bring us the chance of showers and thunderstorms.
