Discussion
A much wetter pattern will continue across Florida over the next several days with deep moisture in place and we’ll keep the daily threat of showers and thunderstorms in the forecast through the weekend. Low-level south-to-southwest winds will pump very moist air into central Florida setting us up for additional showers and thunderstorms. The drought conditions that became a problem during the past few months in the central part of the state will continue to improve noticeably moving forward given this persistent wetter pattern.
