Discussion
It’ll stay on the cool side of normal for another day, but big changes are coming to the Mid-Atlantic region. A dramatic warm up will begin this weekend and set us up for a hot, humid stretch from Monday through Wednesday of next week. Temperatures should hold in the low 70’s today for highs, climb to near 80 degrees on Friday, low 80’s on Saturday, and then approach the 90 degree mark by Sunday afternoon. During the first half of next week temperatures will likely climb into the 90’s and summer-like humidity will make its presence felt in the NYC metro region.
