Discussion
A cold front passed through the region on Sunday and low pressure will form today along this frontal boundary zone. This low will push off the coast to our east, but a vigorous wave of upper-level energy will move overhead by early tomorrow morning and likely produce some snow in the region. Accumulations are possible early Tuesday on the order of a coating to an inch and there can be an impact on the morning commute. High pressure will return to take control for the mid-week and then a strong cold front and associated low pressure system will arrive on Thursday night and Friday with rain changing to snow possible.
