Discussion
A strong cold front will result in more chilly rain around here today and its passage will usher in another cold air mass for the Mid-Atlantic region. High temperatures will be much closer to the 40 degree mark on Tuesday and Wednesday following the lower 50's today and there will be a noticeable wind on both days. High pressure takes control for the latter half of the week.
