Discussion
A complicated system will keep us unsettled for the late week and weekend as it’ll be a slow mover. Surface low pressure supported by vigorous upper-level energy will head towards the Tennessee Valley over the next 24 hours and a secondary low will form near the east coast by the early part of the weekend. The upper-level low will move only slowly through the Tennessee Valley and to the east coast and this will allow rain chances to extend from tonight into the latter part of the weekend.
