Discussion
Another cold front will arrive in the region later today and we’ll turn right around from the milder conditions and chill down noticeably late tonight and Friday. In fact, an overall cool and active pattern is unfolding for the Tennessee Valley as a mean upper-level trough forms over much of the country. There is likely to be some rain later in the weekend in this active pattern, and it may just get cold enough for a changeover to snow by Sunday night or Monday in this region and accumulations are on the table.
