Discussion
Slow-moving sub-tropical low pressure continues to push deep layers of tropical moisture northward into Florida and much of the eastern third of the nation and it will continue to result in occasional showers and thunderstorms across central Florida. Temperatures will be rather consistently warm over the next several days with highs generally reaching the middle 80’s across much of central Florida. Looking ahead, it looks like the tropics will come to life in about a week or so and there may be a system headed towards Florida or the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
