Discussion
High pressure will edge into the region today and take control our weather into later Thursday. A cold front will arrive in the region on Thursday night and it should be preceded by a round of showers and isolated thunderstorms. High pressure will return for the end of the week and weekend following the passage of the cold frontal system.
