Discussion

While scattered showers and storms are possible today, drier air will reduce the chance for showers and thunderstorms in central Florida by tomorrow and it should stay generally rain-free as we begin the weekend. A ridge of high pressure over the western Atlantic will continue to lift northward across central Florida during the next couple of days.
