Discussion
A frontal system will approach the area on Friday and raise our chances for PM showers and thunderstorms as we close out the work week and some of the rain can be heavy. This front will be somewhat slow to move away this weekend and it’ll stay unsettled here on Saturday (surprise, surprise) with a chance for lingering showers and thunderstorms. Cooler conditions are expected around here by Sunday and it should stay pretty comfortable early next week.
