Discussion
Rain will overspread the area by early tonight as the next storm system arrives from the southern states and the threat for rain will continue through the first half of the day on Saturday. High pressure will build into the area later tomorrow and the weekend promises to close on a pretty sunny note on Sunday although it'll be quite breezy. Very cold air will push into southeastern Canada and New England on Monday at the same time a strong cold front slowly advances eastward across the Great Lakes. Showers are likely here from late Monday into Tuesday as this system advances from west-to-east and then a cold shot arrives at mid-week.
