High pressure will continue to provide us with quiet and relatively mild conditions for the next couple of days. By week’s end, another cold front will cross the region and temperatures will take a step downward in the Tennessee Valley as we begin the upcoming weekend. In fact, highs on Friday afternoon should make it to the middle 60’s, but then likely be confined to the low-to-mid 50’s on Saturday.
