A weak cold front will approach the region later today and temperatures will again climb well into the 60’s in the southerly flow ahead of the front. Low pressure will form early this weekend over the Tennessee Valley and give us a continuing chance of showers, maybe a thunderstorm, as we head into the upcoming weekend. Another frontal passage will clear the way for improvement on Sunday albeit on the cooler side.
