Discussion
The next upper-level trough has moved from California into the eastern third of the nation and it’ll keep us unsettled for the next several days. There will the chance of showers and thunderstorms later this afternoon and that threat will continue right through the upcoming weekend and into the early part of next week. Temperatures will remain on the warm side in the Tennessee Valley during this unsettled period with highs generally in the 70’s for the next several days.
