Discussion
A frontal system continues to meander around the Mid-Atlantic region and this will contribute to some stubborn cloud cover around here and perhaps a shower or thunderstorm later today and tonight. A cold front will arrive in the region on Friday and it’ll turn warmer ahead of it with temperatures jumping well into the 70’s and there will be scattered PM showers and thunderstorms. High pressure will follow for the first half of the weekend with decent weather expected on Saturday, but more rain is likely in the Mid-Atlantic region from Sunday into Monday as moisture flows this way from the south-central states.
