Discussion
The pressure gradient between a low pressure system to our north and high pressure to our south will tighten today and this will lead to increasingly strong winds gusting to 35 mph at times. The high pressure to our south will maintain control of the weather on Saturday as it shifts offshore, but then a frontal system will close in on the area during the latter stages of the weekend. This front will stall out in or near the region setting the stage for a stormy period from Sunday to Thursday that will feature warm and humid conditions as well.
