Discussion
A cool frontal system will stall out just to our south and east today and its proximity will keep us unsettled for the next few days. As a result, there will be a continuing shot at showers and thunderstorms, some of the rain can be heavy at times, and temperatures will hold at slightly below-normal levels for this time of year. High pressure will build into the area by the weekend and some sunshine is likely on both days and temperatures will climb noticeably by early next week with highs closer to the 90 degree mark.
