Discussion
An unsettled week is headed to the Tennessee Valley as a slow-moving upper-level low will meander over the area for the next several days. This system will increase the chances for showers and thunderstorms on a daily basis as we progress through the week and some of the storms that form can be on the strong side. Elsewhere, Tropical Storm Arthur will impact the Outer Banks of North Carolina today and then curve to the east on Tuesday and out-to-sea. This is the first official tropical system of the 2020 Atlantic Basin season.
