Discussion
A warm front is lifting through the region this morning and the afternoon will turn out to be warmer than recent days with the chance of late mid-to-afternoon showers and thunderstorms. The chance of showers and thunderstorms will continue tonight and on Thursday as well as a weak cold frontal system arrives. Any storm that forms from later today through tomorrow night can be on the strong-to-severe side with gusty winds and heavy rainfall. An even stronger front should push through the area by early Friday paving the way for a nice stretch of weather beginning on Friday and continuing into early next week.
