Discussion
High pressure near the Bahamas will maintain control of our weather for another day and high temperatures this afternoon should reach the lower 80’s. The daily high temperature record for today is 83 degrees in Melbourne set in 1976 and it is not out of reach. By later tonight, low pressure to our north will drag a cold front through the region and it’ll turn noticeably cooler for the second half of the week and the winds will be a factor.
