Discussion

High pressure will take control today and under mostly sunny skies, afternoon temperatures will climb to a more comfortable low-to-mid 50's. A cold front passes through the region tonight perhaps accompanied by a shower or two and it’ll turn colder again for the last couple days of the work week. By the end of the week, low pressure will try to form near the Mid-Atlantic coastline and it can produce some rain and snow in the area late Friday night and Saturday.
