Discussion
A cold front works its way through the region this morning with a pickup in winds from a northwesterly direction. High pressure will then take control of the weather from later today into early Wednesday and temperatures will remain on the chilly side. A strong cold front will arrive late Wednesday bringing showers to the region and winds will become quite strong ahead of the front from a southwesterly direction. Following the passage of the potent cold front, it’ll become noticeably colder on Thursday and winds will remain quite strong shifting to a northwesterly direction. It remains chilly on Friday as well to close out the work week.
