Discussion
The cooler air that pushed into the region a couple of days ago will modify some today and temperatures are likely going to return to the 70’s during the afternoon hours. The warming trend will continue later this week and we’ll return to the 80 degree mark by Friday afternoon. Looking ahead to the weekend, a strong storm will form over the central Plains and its trailing cold front could bring us another round of showers and thunderstorms from later Saturday into Sunday.
