Discussion
A cool front will move slowly across the area later today into tonight and with it will come another chance for showers and thunderstorms. Downpours early last night brought a lot of rainfall to many areas in a short period of time. The front should clear the coast by early tomorrow and a comfortable air mass will push into the Mid-Atlantic region for the weekend. Temperatures will be confined to the 80’s today and right into the early part of next week. Hot weather will develop in the central states by the middle of next week and a surge of heat and humidity can return here later next week.
