Discussion
High pressure will remain in control of the weather for today, but a strong cold front will approach in the overnight hours and work its way through the region on Thursday. There can be a few showers and thunderstorms later tonight into Thursday and then the passage of this front will usher in the coolest air mass so far this season. Temperatures late tomorrow night could bottom in the upper 40’s and then are likely to hold in the 60’s on Friday. It remains cool on Saturday and the weekend will end quite comfortable on Sunday with a bit of a warm up.
