Nearby high pressure will be in control of the weather around here for the next few days and, in fact, will produce a nice, warm week throughout much of the eastern US. Temperatures should persist this week at warm levels (upper 70’s to lower 80’s for highs) in the Tennessee Valley on the back side of this large-scale high pressure system.
