Discussion
A complex and unsettled weather pattern is in store for the Mid-Atlantic region during the next couple of days that will include some rain and noticeably cooler conditions. An upper-level trough will push east from the Midwest into the Mid-Atlantic region and help to generate these unsettled conditions with an initial shower threat here later in the day. It has turned cooler compared to recent days and will become even cooler on Friday to go along with periods of rain as we close out the work week. It stays on the cool and unsettled side this weekend with temperatures likely doing no better than the lower 60’s on Saturday for highs and perhaps confined to the upper 50’s on Sunday to go along with the threat of showers from time-to-time.
