Discussion
Today will be another very warm one in the Mid-Atlantic region - potentially record-breaking in some spots - with the upper 70’s for afternoon highs around here. A strong cold front approaches the region later in the day and there can be a shower or thunderstorm at just about anytime; especially, during the late day and evening hours...some of the storms can be strong. On Thursday, assuming the front slides just to our south, it’ll turn much cooler with an easterly flow of air in the local area. It remains somewhat unsettled on Friday and Saturday and then the next cold front approaches on Easter Sunday raising the chance of showers; primarily, during the morning and mid-day hours. Much cooler air follows the front for the early part of next week.
