Discussion
Warmer air has pushed into the Mid-Atlantic region on the backside of high pressure that is headed to the western Atlantic. Temperatures today should reach the upper 80s, lower 90’s on Friday and the low-to-mid 90’s on Saturday. An upper-level trough of low pressure will approach the area later this weekend and the threat of showers will rise during the second half and it’ll turn slightly cooler by Monday.
