Discussion
With high pressure parked over the western Atlantic Ocean, tropical air will continuously flow northward in coming days all the way from southern Florida to northern New England. Humidity will remain at uncomfortably high levels right through the upcoming weekend and there will be a daily threat of showers and thunderstorms with the greatest chance occurring during the afternoon and evening hours…any storm can produce heavy rainfall.
