Discussion

High pressure will push away from the area today and a cold front approaches from the north and west raising the chance for afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. Following the frontal passage on Friday, high pressure will build back into the region providing us with plenty of sunshine and comfortable conditions to end the work week. A couple of frontal systems will impact the region during the second half of the weekend and the early part of next week producing unsettled weather conditions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with the chance of showers from time-to-time.
