Some heavy rain likely later this week
Paul Dorian
Weak high pressure will slide by to our north and east today and a frontal boundary will set up to our south. This front will lie nearly stationary just to our south for the next couple of days and several disturbances will ride along the frontal boundary zone. More numerous showers and thunderstorms will likely develop from Wednesday afternoon right into Friday and some of this rain will likely get heavy. A gradual drying trend is likely to develop over the weekend with just a chance for a shower or thunderstorm on Saturday and most likely rain-free conditions on Sunday. Today- partly sunny, chance for a shower or thunderstorm, seasonal temperatures with highs near 80
Tonight- mostly cloudy, chance for a shower or thunderstorm, upper 60’s
Wed- mostly cloudy, showers and thunderstorms likely, some of this rain can get heavy, low 80’s
Thurs- mostly cloudy, more numerous showers and thunderstorms, some of this rain will be heavy, near 80
Fri- still mostly cloudy with a shower or thunderstorm threat, highs near 80
Sat- partly sunny, chance for a shower or thunderstorm, low 80’s
Sun- partly sunny, seasonal, highs near 80
