Discussion
A batch of showers and thunderstorms across northwestern Pennsylvania is associated with a warm frontal system and that activity threatens us with a late day or evening shower or thunderstorm. Once that warm front moves by, even warmer air will return to the region on Friday, but it won’t be anything extreme like last weekend. Another front will then pass through by the weekend and humidities will lower a bit on Saturday and it’ll turn out to be a pretty decent weekend with plenty of sunshine each day. Elsewhere, Tropical Storm Don has formed over the southern Gulf of Mexico and appears to be headed towards SE Texas with some beneficial rains.
