Discussion
The tendency in the DC region will be for high temperatures to step down as we progress towards the weekend, but there will be a couple of shots at showers and thunderstorms along the way. One such threat of rain will occur late tonight and tomorrow as a couple of frontal systems work their way through the region and some of the rain could be heavy at times. Another front could affect us with more showers and thunderstorms to begin the weekend, and high temperatures this weekend could actually hold in the 80’s after probably being confined to the 80's tomorrow thanks to clouds and some rainfall.
