Discussion
Today is liable to be the warmest day of the next several as a more comfortable air mass will move in during the overnight hours and it will pave the way for a couple of pleasant days here to close out the work week. High pressure will then move east of us during the 1st part of the weekend and this will allow for a frontal system to close in from the west. This front will increase our chances for showers and thunderstorms on Saturday night and Sunday before another strong high pressure system moves in from the Great Lakes to clear us out for the beginning of the new week.
