Discussion
Winds will pick up today and clouds will tend to increase late in the day as temperatures climb back into the 50’s. Even milder air will funnel in for the second half of the week riding in on a southwesterly flow of air that will develop and temperatures should reach 60 degrees on Wednesday and surpass 65 on Thursday. Showers are likely on Friday as a strong cold front approaches and it’s conceivable that a thunderstorm develops in the mild air ahead of the front. Quite a powerful storm will develop to our north along the front by Friday night and Saturday and this will enhance our winds dramatically for the weekend in a much cooler air mass that will follow the frontal passage.
